About Me

Hi, I'm Jessica- and if there’s one thing I know deeply, it’s what it feels like to want more for your life and relationship.

I grew up in a single-mother household where strength, survival, and sacrifice were part of everyday life. That upbringing taught me resilience — but it also gave me a front-row seat to the cycles we often don’t realize we’re repeating. Later, becoming a military spouse brought its own set of challenges: learning to adapt, support, and stay grounded through constant change.

Over the years, I started recognizing patterns — in myself, in my relationship, and in others. I learned that what we call “normal” can actually be dysfunction we’ve just gotten used to. And I knew I wanted to break that cycle — not just for myself, but for others, too.

Now, I work with individuals and couples to help them recognize and break the patterns that keep showing up in their lives and build a relationship that feel safe, secure, and fulfilling. My approach is direct, compassionate, and rooted in real-life tools that actually make a difference.

Look below to see how I work and what kind of clients I work best with. If you know you're ready for something different, click the button and book a consultation to see if we are the right fit.

WHO I WORK WITH

We may be a good fit if ...

You are an individual or couple who is ready to dive beneath the surface and do the work it takes to create meaningful, lasting change.

▸We Interrupt the Cycle
Learn to recognize the moment your relationship goes off-track—and how to stay emotionally engaged when it matters most.

▸ We Get to the Root
Explore the attachment wounds and emotional pain beneath the conflict. Because without safety, problem-solving falls flat.

▸ We Build Secure Bonding
Develop the ability to offer and receive emotional presence, so you can co-create safety, intimacy, and trust that lasts.

WHY YOU’RE HERE

You might be here if…

▸You keep having the same argument on repeat

▸One of you shuts down, the other escalates

▸Affection or sex feels tense, distant, or disconnected

▸You’re healing from betrayal or emotional rupture

▸ You love each other but can’t seem to reach each other anymore

I work with couples from all backgrounds—including those who want to integrate their Faith, Military experience, and/or Cultural background and those who don’t.
This is a space where your values are respected and your connection is the priority.

The Truth?

It’s Not “Just a Communication Issue.”

You’ve read the books. Tried the advice. Maybe even done therapy before.
And yet, you keep ending up in the same painful loops.

One moment things are calm — the next, someone shuts down, blows up, or wonders:
“Why does this still feel so hard?”

You’re walking on eggshells. Speaking different emotional languages.
Feeling more like opponents than partners.

Here’s the truth:
Most couples aren’t struggling because they’re incompatible.
They’re stuck in cycles of emotional disconnection.

If you're ready to slow down, explore what’s really going on,

and move toward connection that lasts—I’d be honored to walk with you.
